If there is one benefit that we can consider universal in Brazil, it is the Transport Voucher and the Meal Voucher and/or Meal Allowance. These are the basic conditions that need to be met. In the case of the Transport Voucher, it is even a legal condition, whereas Meal Voucher and/or Meal Allowance are mandatory in most collective agreements of the company's union. We even have specific legislation called the Worker's Food Program (PAT).
